Venarm is operated by an anonymous company. This beta policy explains how information is handled while access is limited to invited or manually created accounts.

Information we process

We process account information such as email address, display name, authentication and session information, account settings, and plan or usage data. We also process conversation content, files or text you submit, model settings, technical information, error records, and feedback you provide.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Venarm; authenticate accounts; enforce limits; investigate reliability or abuse; and respond to feedback. Conversation and usage data may be reviewed and used to evaluate, improve, develop, and train Venarm and related AI systems and services. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or information that would create an unacceptable risk if processed by an AI service.

AI and search processing

Your prompt and necessary conversation context are sent to the configured AI service needed to generate a response. When web search is enabled for a request, the search query is sent to the configured search provider. These services process data under their own policies. Venarm may change routing or availability during the beta, but does not expose provider credentials to browser code.

Retention, deletion, and backups

We retain account, conversation, usage, and security information while it is needed to operate the beta, protect the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Deleted content may remain in short-lived operational backups until those backups rotate. The beta deployment is configured to retain no more than two recent database backup archives. This is not a guarantee that every copy is immediately erased.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted provider credentials, and security logging. No system or transmission is completely secure, and you use the beta at your own risk.

Your choices

You can manage conversations where controls are available. You may request account or privacy assistance through the support channel made available by Venarm. Privacy rights vary by location and may be subject to verification and applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update this beta policy as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Before a public launch, Venarm will publish a legal contact method and any jurisdiction-specific notices that apply.
