Venarm is operated by an anonymous company. By accessing or using the invited beta, you agree to these terms.

Beta access

Venarm is an experimental beta service. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. You must keep your account credentials private and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Venarm lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or limits, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, or submit content you do not have permission to use. We may restrict or end access when needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify important information independently. Venarm is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Your content and data use

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant the operator the permissions needed to host, process, route, secure, evaluate, improve, develop, and train Venarm and related AI systems and services using that content, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and third parties

Features, limits, routing, and connected AI or search services can change without notice during beta. Third-party services may be unavailable, rate limited, or return incorrect results. Venarm is not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Venarm is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta.

Changes and contact

We may update these beta terms as Venarm changes. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the revised terms. Before public launch, Venarm will publish a legal contact method, governing-law terms, and any required jurisdiction-specific notices.
